Welcome to FireDrip AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. By using FireDrip AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FireDrip AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use FireDrip AI to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Create content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
  • Produce hate speech, discriminatory content, or content promoting violence
  • Generate content impersonating real individuals without consent
  • Create content for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Circumvent our content moderation systems
  • Use automated systems to access our services without permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content that violates these Terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content Generation

Our AI design tools generate images based on your text prompts. While we implement content filters, AI-generated results may occasionally be unexpected or imperfect. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to match your exact expectations
  • We may refuse to generate or print content that violates our policies
  • Generated content is subject to review and may be rejected

Ownership

Subject to these Terms, you own the rights to designs you create using our platform for personal and commercial use. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and reproduce your designs for operating our services, marketing, and quality improvement.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

FireDrip AI, including our website, logos, AI models, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Do not upload or create designs using:

  • Copyrighted images, logos, or artwork without permission
  • Trademarks or brand identities you do not own
  • Content from other creators without proper licensing
  • Celebrity likenesses without consent

We may remove content that infringes on intellectual property rights and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Orders and Payment

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

  • Content policy violations
  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing errors
  • Product unavailability

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Products are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will provide replacements or refunds for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Significant print quality issues

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FIREDRIP AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIREFIT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FireFit LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your designs, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
