Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production takes 2-5 business days. After that, shipping typically takes 5-8 business days for standard delivery. You can upgrade to express or priority shipping at checkout for faster delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking in your account under Order History.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we're US-only while we get things dialed in. International is on the roadmap though!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since items are custom-made, we begin production quickly. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. We may be able to help if production hasn't started.
Design & Printing
How does the AI design generation work?
Simply describe what you want in plain English, and our AI will generate unique designs based on your description. You can generate multiple variations and refine your prompt until you get the perfect design.
What print quality can I expect?
Our Detroit crew uses professional printing tech for vibrant, long-lasting prints. Soft to the touch, won't crack or peel. We're picky about quality.
Can I upload my own images?
Currently, our platform focuses on AI-generated designs. We may add custom upload functionality in the future!
What's the maximum print size?
Print sizes vary by product. For most adult t-shirts, the maximum print area is approximately 12" x 16" for front prints.
Account & Billing
How do I create an account?
Click "Start Designing" and sign up with your email or Google account. It's free to create an account and start designing!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay through our secure Stripe payment processing.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your full card details on our servers.
How do I view my order history?
Log into your account and click on "Orders" in the navigation to see all your past orders, their status, and tracking information.
Returns & Issues
What's your return policy?
Since items are custom-made, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, we'll replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, no questions asked.
The print doesn't look like the preview. Can I get a refund?
Minor color variations can occur between screen previews and printed products. If there's a significant difference or print quality issue, please contact us with photos.
