  • Design Content: Text prompts you enter for AI image generation, uploaded images, and designs you create.
  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting customer support.

  • AI Service Providers: Your design prompts may be processed by third-party AI services (Replicate) to generate images.
  • Analytics Providers: We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how users interact with our site and improve our services.
  • Authentication Providers: If you choose to sign in using a social login provider, we use Clerk as our authentication service, which integrates with Apple, Facebook, and Google. See section 4 below for details.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Social Login and Authentication

We offer the ability to sign in using third-party social login providers for your convenience. When you choose to authenticate using one of these services, please note:

Apple Sign In

When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address. Apple may provide you with the option to hide your email address, in which case Apple provides us with a private relay email address that forwards to your real email. Facebook Login

When you sign in with Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture (if available). We do not receive your Facebook password or access to your Facebook posts or friends list. For more information, see Facebook's Privacy Policy.

Google Sign In

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture (if available). We do not receive your Google password or access to your Gmail, Drive, or other Google services. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Authentication Service

We use Clerk as our authentication provider. Clerk securely manages sign-in sessions and stores authentication data on our behalf. For more information, see Clerk's Privacy Policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

When you use our AI design tools, your text prompts are sent to AI service providers to generate images. We implement content filtering to prevent generation of inappropriate or harmful content. Generated designs may be reviewed for quality assurance and safety purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order information is retained for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Secure cloud infrastructure (AWS)
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Regular security assessments
