Returns & Refund Policy

At FireDrip AI, we want you to love your custom creations. Because each item is made-to-order with your unique design, our return policy differs from traditional retail. Here's what you need to know.

Custom Products - No General Returns

Since every product is custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Design changes after order placement
  • Color variations due to monitor display differences

Tip: Please review your design carefully in the preview and double-check your size selection before completing your order.

When We Will Make It Right

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will provide a replacement or refund if:

Print Defects

  • Significant color deviation from the preview
  • Blurry or distorted printing
  • Missing elements from your design
  • Ink smearing or fading immediately after delivery
  • Misaligned or off-center printing

Product Defects

  • Holes, tears, or fabric damage
  • Incorrect garment type shipped
  • Stitching defects
  • Wrong size shipped (different from what you ordered)
  • Wrong color garment shipped

Shipping Issues

  • Lost packages (after carrier investigation)
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Missing items from your order

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@firedrip.ai
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue (required)
    • Description of the problem
  3. Wait for our response - We'll review your request within 2-3 business days

Important

Photos are required for all quality claims. We cannot process requests without visual documentation of the issue.

Resolution Options

Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement

We'll reprint and ship a new item at no additional cost. This is our preferred resolution as it ensures you receive the product you wanted.

Refund

If a replacement isn't possible or preferred, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations

Before printing begins: If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@firedrip.ai. We'll do our best to cancel and provide a full refund, but this is not guaranteed once the order is submitted to our print facility.

After printing begins: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once production has started.

Size Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges since each item is custom-printed. To ensure the right fit:

  • Check our size guide before ordering
  • When in doubt, size up
  • Consider ordering a single item first if unsure

Shipping Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look in common delivery spots (porch, mailroom, etc.)
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  4. If still not found after 48 hours, contact us

We'll work with the carrier to investigate. For confirmed lost packages, we'll send a replacement at no charge.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are non-refundable.
