Every FireDrip AI product is custom-printed just for you. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets from our print facility to your door.

Production Time

Since each item is made-to-order, production takes 2-5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays, special events), production may take 1-2 additional days.

Order Status

You can track your order status anytime by visiting your order history. You'll receive email updates as your order progresses.

Where We Ship From

All orders are printed and shipped from our fulfillment partner in Detroit, Michigan, USA. This central location allows us to reach most US destinations quickly and efficiently.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • An email notification with tracking information
  • A tracking number you can use on the carrier's website
  • Updates in your FireDrip AI account order history

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. If tracking doesn't update after 48 hours, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Look in common delivery spots (porch, garage, mailroom)
  3. Wait 48 hours - sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery
  4. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  5. If still not found, contact us at support@firedrip.ai

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 14 days. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery times may be longer for these addresses.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. You won't be charged additional shipping for split shipments.

Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons, carrier networks experience high volume which may extend delivery times. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by specific dates.

Holiday Deadlines

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by December 10th. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time.
